The house was well equipped and in a great location. The Black Swan pub is literally just outside the courtyard. The Italian restaurant is really worth a visit and dancing in the Schooner Inn (25 yards away) was especially memorable. Super friendly neighbours. Ideal position and amenities for all – fantastic walks and loved swimming in The Ocean Club.

Very comfortable and well-equipped cottage. Our aged hips did find the sofas rather low but everything else perfect. Would have loved to have stayed a few more days. We'll be back!

The little extras made a difference i.e. wine, stock cubes etc. Location is perfect. We have been to Seahouses many times but not found a cottage as well located & at such a high standard. We have just enjoyed our fifth visit to Rowing Boat Cottage. We find the cottage a perfect location, within walking distance of shops, pubs and an ideal starting point for various walks, including beaches. A good base for playing some great golf courses. Warm, clean and very well equipped. It is spacious and has ample parking. Looking forward to next year.

Rowing Boat Cottage in Seahouses is the perfect place for a family holiday. It's one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays we've had as a family. Northumbria has so much to offer we were busy every day but knowing we could come back to our "home from home" was just perfect.

It's been a brilliant few days - the cottage has suited all our needs from grandchildren to oldies! We really appreciated the personal touches. Seahouses is a great base to explore the local area. We hope to return; a real "home from home", in fact some would say even better!

This is an excellent holiday cottage and perfect for our needs. The positioning in the town is great for all areas of the town and still quiet when inside. The fixture and fittings are very good and the beds very comfortable. This is our second visit to the property and we are now looking to book another stay.

This is about our 3rd visit to Rowing Boat Cottage. Had a great time as usual. Cottage has everything we need. Super warm, children enjoy it immensely. We hope we will be back again.
